Many communities in Virginia and across the country have developed local ten year plans to end homelessness which bring a diverse group together to better understand the needs of those experiencing homelessness and how programs and policy can better prevent and end homelessness locally. The key to a good plan is a strong implementation strategy. Below is a list of local ten year plans in Virginia. This list may not represent every local ten year plan that exists.
